Extract the files from the archive to your device and run the "Cpos.exe" |
Please note - the files must be on your device memory not on SD or other expansion
cards! |

Login screen will be shown after switching on the CPOS application.
Tap on the screen to continue . |

The screen shown after Login is “Sales”.
Function: Add/Remove products by selecting them from a list (product list appears
when press the icon in the bottom left )

Product can be selected from the list or scanned by barcode scanner. |

Complete the sale |

After product selection you are back in the "Sales" Screen (the selected product
is added to the sales list).
Product Quantities could be increased/decreased by pressing the (-) and (+).
When the wanted products and quantities are selected press the Print button. The
sale transaction is saved and a receipt is printed. |

To open the "Settings" screen press the "Settings" button on the "Sales" screen
(the miidle button )
Menu:
- Print Summary - report for all registered sales
- Products – list of all products in stock (you can edit product or print a label
with the product information such as name, price, barcode)
- Inventory report - list with products and their quantities
- Load – products receiving.

Print Summary

Review and print all Sales you have registered since the last print summary.
All sales will be removed from the application`s database after the summary is printed
out.

Products
|

|
|
List with products which show product’s name, price and quantities.
Functions :
- edit product
- print a label ( with information about product name, price and barcode)
To view/edit a particular product simply tap on the name of the product. |

Edit product:
- name
- price
- barcode.
Press the middle button to print the product details |

This function allows us to load the products.
Quantity of the product is automatically increased by one when the product is scanned.
If needed the quantity could be set to a specific value pressing down (-) and (+).
To add new product press the middle button.

Add new product. Key in:
- product name
- product price
- product barcode

Search

Search features are available in most dialogs. Search product by name.
