Enter your Username and Password in order to see and manage your tasks.
Default administrator user and password:
user:admin
password:admin
|
|
|
|

|
Tasks Lists |
Top

|
|
Shows the all tasks you have.
For each task you see:
ID number, Priority, Title, Current Owner, Status and Task Submit Date.
To open a task just click on Task ID or Task Name and you will go to Task Description
Screen.
By default you can see all current Opened tasks. You also can see only Closed tasks
or - All Opened and Closed tasks together. |

Task Description |

Here you can edit the specific task you selected on Tasks List Screen.
Fields:
1. Unique ID - read only field
2. Change the Task Title
3. Select different Task type
4. Select diferent Task Priority
5. Change the Task Description
In the Attachments section you can add unlimited number of task related documents,
it is not recommended to add files bigger than 5MB

Task History |

Here you can see record of all changes you have made on your tasks.
On the top is the current task info and below is list with names, time and description
of all changes made in currently selected task. |

Current Status |

|
|
Here you can change the status of selected task.
On top is the current task info. Below you can change the task status and write
a comment why you change it.
Also you can change the start and end date of the task if the status changes
require new time table for the specific task. |

|
Task Forward |

|
|
Here you can forward selected task to other user of ITM.
1. Select the User you wish to forward the task
2. Select the Forward Reason
3. Write a comment about the forwarding
The selected user will receive e-mail notification about the forwarding. The selected
task will be removed from your task list and added to the task list of the user
you selected. |

Task Close |

Here you can select the task which is finished and Close it.
*To look the Closed tasks, select the close task from the Tasks Screen
|

Task Delete |

|
|
Here you can delete selected task.
All data relevent to the task will be lost!
This mean:
- Curent task info
- All task history
- All attached files |

Create New Task |

|
1.Enter a task Title.
2.Select the task Type.
- You can modify all task types from administrative options.
3.Select the task Priority.
- You can modify all task priorities from administrative options.
4.Enter a task Description.
5.Select owner of the task
- You can select from all ITM users
6.Select Start Date of the task
7.Select End Date of the task
8.Select the Date and Time when remainder e-mail message will be send to
the task owner.

Reports |

Short or extended tasks reports. You could print or export reports in Pdf format,
Exel table or Word document and also to print the report |
